What is Tito?

Does Tito replace my team?
No. Automation is not about replacing people, it is about freeing up time for what matters. When needed, Tito hands the conversation over to a person on your team.

How does it book meetings?
Tito is connected to the Odoo Appointments module: it proposes time slots, confirms the meeting without human intervention and sends an email as soon as it is confirmed.
What happens when a customer has a problem?
Tito automatically opens a ticket in Odoo Helpdesk with the full context of the conversation, so your team can solve it without asking again.

How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price. There are three ready-to-use tiers (Essential, Complete and Premium) and a fourth, custom one where you choose only the modules you need. We build the proposal with you on a call or send it by email.
How long does implementation take?
Tito is implemented in one week, as long as the client provides everything we ask for. Larger projects, such as an Odoo implementation, take 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope, following a 7-step method from the kickoff meeting to continuous improvement.
What happens to my data?
Tito only collects what is needed to book your meeting or pass your inquiry to our team. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
