Who we are. IT Connected LLC (Florida, USA) is responsible for the data you leave on this website. Contact: privacy@itconnected.us.
What we collect and why
- Tito chat: what you write in the chat, your name and, if you choose, your email. We use them to answer you and hand you to a person when needed. Replies are written by an AI (Anthropic), which does not train on this data. More in the platform privacy policy.
- Booking a meeting or opening a ticket: this happens in our Odoo system (it-connected.odoo.com), with the data you enter there.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, Meta handles those messages under its own rules.
What we don’t do. We don’t use analytics tools or advertising pixels. We don’t sell your data. We don’t send you promotions you didn’t ask for.
Cookies. The site uses a single technical cookie (PHPSESSID) to work, and no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Who else receives it. Only the providers we need to serve you:
- DonWeb (website and email hosting, Argentina).
- Odoo (scheduling and tickets).
- Vercel, Supabase and Anthropic (Tito chat).
- Google (fonts).
- Meta (WhatsApp, if you use it).
Some are outside your country, for example in the USA.
How long. Messages and meeting requests are kept for up to 24 months without further contact. Chat conversations are anonymized after 12 months of inactivity.
Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@itconnected.us and we will reply within 10 days. Depending on where you live, you are protected by the GDPR (EU), Brazil’s LGPD, Argentina’s Law 25,326 or your state’s privacy law (USA). You can also complain to the authority in your country.
