1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is operated by IT Connected LLC (Florida, USA), which uses the IT-Connected brand. By using the site you accept these terms. Services you hire from us are governed by the proposal or contract we sign with you, not by this page.

2. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not try to breach its security, overload it, scrape its content in an automated and abusive way, or use the chat to send content that is illegal, offensive or that you don’t have the right to share.

3. Tito, the AI agent

Tito is an artificial-intelligence agent: when you chat with him, you are talking to an AI, not a person. His answers may contain mistakes and are not professional, legal or financial advice. They are not an offer or a commitment by IT-Connected either. For any important decision, confirm with a member of our team; Tito can hand you over when needed. 4. Calculator, packages and prices

The calculator shows indicative estimates based on assumptions visible in the tool itself; they do not guarantee results. Packages and prices shown on the site are for information only and do not bind either party until we send you a written proposal and you accept it.

5. Meetings and tickets

Booking a meeting or opening a ticket does not create a contract. We may reschedule or cancel a meeting by contacting you through the details you gave us.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, the IT-Connected brand, the Tito mascot and the rest of the site’s content belong to IT Connected LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party pages (for example, WhatsApp or social networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as is, with no guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.
